Reservations & Cancellation Policy
We look forward to welcoming you and your friends!
Your Own Private Retreat or Day Rental
When you book an overnight retreat or a day rental, the entire Thomas Russell House is reserved exclusively for your group! Whether you're gathering with five friends or bringing a larger group, you'll enjoy the comfort and privacy of having the house all to yourselves.
We never combine separate groups or book unrelated guests during your reservation. It's your time to relax, create, laugh, and enjoy quilting together!
Retreat Rates & Reservations
Our retreat rate is $75 per person, per night, with a minimum of 5 guests.
A $300 deposit is required to secure your retreat dates. This deposit will be applied toward your group's total stay.
For day rentals, a $150 deposit is required to secure your date and will be applied toward your group's day rental total.
The group host is responsible for coordinating payments, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
Cancellations
We understand that plans sometimes change!
- 30 days or more before arrival: Your deposit is fully refundable ($300 for an overnight retreat or $150 for a day rental).
- Less than 30 days before arrival: Your deposit is nonrefundable ($300 for an overnight retreat or $150 for a day rental).
For reservations made less than 30 days before the reservation, the deposit is nonrefundable at the time of booking.
Group Size & Sewing Stations
We require a minimum of 5 guests, but your final headcount does not need to be confirmed in advance.
We understand that group sizes can change! If additional quilters plan to join your retreat, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make sure everyone has a sewing station ready.
Additional guests are welcome as space allows.
Your final balance will be based on the number of guests attending, with a minimum charge equivalent to 5 guests.
